Scanning Charge: If you send us a photo to scan, there's no charge for adding it to your item if the image can be used pretty much "as is." There may be an additional charge for retouching. Contact us for details. Electronic Artwork: If you provide the artwork, it should be in in a "standard" generic graphics format - Tiff, BMP, EPS or JPG. Bitmapped photos should be 200 dpi, bitmapped line art should be 300 dpi. We can also accept images in some of the major proprietary formats, including Photoshop, Canvas, Freehand and Illustrator. And yes, you can combine different versions of the same item to get the biggest possible discount.
Rectangular & Square Magnets: Prices in the price list are for a 2.25" x 3.25" magnet. We can make square or rectangular magnets in other sizes up to 24" x 24" in size. Pricing on sizes smaller than 2.25" x 3.25" is $1.25 per magnet. Prices on larger magnets is 18 cents per square inch.
Other Shapes: We can make magnets in other shapes and sizes. Please contact us for details.
Design Charge: If you'd like us to create artwork from your sketch or a description, there may be a design charge. Let us know what you have in mind and how many you're going to order, and we'll let you know whether or not there will be a design charge.
Custom Items: If we put different information on each item (like an individual's name or a serial number), it is a "custom" item.
Delivery: We normally ship within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving an order. However, if you need an item sooner, please let us know. We once received a 2,000 button order on a Friday afternoon and the customer had the complete order by noon the following Monday.

One shipping charge per shipping address - just use the highest shipping charge which might be appropriate. For example, if you order two buttons, an 8" x 10" dry erase board, and a monthly planning calendar, your shipping charge would be a grand total of $5.50.

Adding Your Name to the Calendar Magnets: Please be sure and indicate what you'd like us to use as the title for your Magnetic Customized Calendar. You may use up to 35 characters and spaces.
